Reminder - please pay your accounts on the day of service

This is a reminder that all accounts are supposed to be settled on the day of service. We do not offer credit.

We recognise that not having a reception open makes this tricky and it is easy to forget to make on line payments later on. Please remember you can give your credit card to your clinician over the phone, or you can pay by internet banking once you receive your emailed invoice. We will also look at opening up a system that allows you to pay on the portal.

Our receptionists are very busy chasing our ballooning debtors, and would rather be taking your phone calls in a timely manner.

Please be aware that anyone requesting a repeat prescription will need to clear their outstanding account before the prescription is sent to the pharmacy.

Also, just to highlight that there are occasions when additional fees are charged, for example when a letter is written outside of a consultation. Please be aware of our list of charges so there are no surprises.

All accounts not paid within 5 days will incur a $10 late payment fee
