Medplus Pink Day Raffle

$5 per raffle ticket. $10 for 3 raffle tickets

If you wish to enter, please pop into our Hauraki clinic to purchase your raffle tickets. Alternatively, you can follow this link to make payment towards your donation for the raffle tickets. ($5 per raffle tickets, $10 for 3 raffle tickets). Then take a screen shot of payment and email it through to enquiries@medplus.co.nz with your name and contact number for reference. Ticket sales close tomorrow Thursday the 24th October at 3pm then the Prizes will be drawn at 4pm.
