Meet at Medplus Hauraki every Friday at 1 pm (weather permitting) for an hour of fitness with your Health Coach and HIP.
Join your fellow Medplus community for some light cardio, a good stretch, some insightful health tips and supportive socialization. Group fitness can be a great way to increase your motivation to move and increase connection to your community, while also improving the connection to yourself. This group is set at a very gentle pace and suitable for a variety of people with varying conditions. Perhaps you are looking for support to manage Diabetes, CVD, or weight management by increasing your physical activity? Perhaps you are looking to lower your stress levels or increase your socializing with the encouragement and guidance of restorative breath techniques and the opportunity to engage with others?
All you need is some comfy walking shoes, to dress for the weather, and to turn up. We look forward to seeing you soon!
