The NZ Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) provides no-fault personal injury cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors. This insurance cover is comprehensive but does not meet the full costs of primary injury management so an ACC surcharge applies.

Medplus can help you with all minor traumas from cuts and grazes, burns and scalds through to sprains and fractures. Our team can stabilise patients with major trauma and arrange transfer to hospital.

Medplus is the place to come with accidents and trauma. Having radiology on site means we can diagnose fractures which Dr Martin Hadler can also plaster. On Thursdays we have a fracture clinic led by local orthopaedic surgeon Mr Peter Misur. This is a free service for our ACC patients.
