Payment on arrival policy for appointments or services

Please note that on 25 March 2024, we will implement a payment on arrival policy for appointments or services for our patients, as part of a new practice management system move. This will be more proactive and efficient for our patients, ensuring our patients will only have to visit the reception front desk once on arrival for check in, queries and payments. Following your consultation, if there are no additional charges incurred, you can promptly leave the medical Centre. In the event of any discrepancies between the paid amount and the invoiced amount, our receptionist will be on hand to assist you after your consultation. We understand this change may require adjustment, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Please settle any outstanding debt before your scheduled services, along with any new invoices. If payment before your appointment poses difficulty, inform our reception staff promptly. We'll arrange a suitable payment plan for you.
