Dr Jack Turner

MBBS (Norwich 2018), MSc Applied Clinical Psychology(Newcastle 2017), PGCert Health Research and Statistics, Certificate In ACT asa Brief Intervention

Jack joined Medplus in January 2023. He grew up in the Northeast of England and studied medicine in Norwich, UK.  Jack obtained a Master's degree in applied psychology (clinical and forensic) at Newcastle University.

Jack worked as a house officer in York (UK) before moving to Auckland, where he has worked as a psychiatry registrar for the past 2 years in both adult and older age mental health services. Jack continues to have a special interest in mental health.

Jack lives locally in Sunnynook, and outside of work he enjoys Ballroom and Latin dancing, hiking, diving, surfing and reading.
